Ms. Hernandez joined Burnham in 2003, initially serving as the Senior Financial Analyst for the Institute. In 2006, she joined the Cancer Center and assumed her current position as Associate Director for Administration. Ms. Hernandez provides reporting, financial planning, and analytical support to the Cancer Center Director. She ensures Center adherence to CCSG guidelines and is the primary liaison with the NCI regarding administrative affairs. She also collaborates with the Associate Director for Shared Resources to prepare and review Shared Resource budgets. In her Institute role as Burnham’s Research Finance Manager, Ms. Hernandez additionally administers the other infrastructure grants affecting Shared Resources.
