CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR THIS MEETING REQUIRES TWO STEPS:
- Step 1: Conference Registration
- Step 2: Accommodation Registration
Conference
Registration should
be done via the Registration
Link and accommodation should be done via the
Granlibakken accommodation form which will need to be
faxed to Granlibakken
Conference Center. Regardless of your accommodation
preference, the payments for both, the conference
registration fees and accommodation will be done on the
Granlibakken accommodation form. An e-mail confirmation
will finalize your conference registration, if not
received by March 1, 2006 please contact the Conference
Secretariat.
Fees for registrations received prior to February, 15, 2006
US$225 for delegates
Onsite registration fees
US$350 for delegates
